The Benefits of the Ingredients for Your Hair
The ingredients in cauliflower cream soup greatly benefit your hair in numerous ways. Minerals and nutrients work together to sustain healthy hair growth. This bowl of soup provides your hair with effective nutrients to nourish your hair throughout the year.
Benefits of Cauliflower
One of the minerals in cauliflower that makes the vegetable so important in promoting the growth of hair is sulfur. The sulfur in cauliflowers is an essential component for allowing your hair follicles to stay clear and open to healthy growth. The antibacterial and antifungal elements in sulfur bring new life to your hair follicles and reestablish hair growth.
The vitamins in cauliflower have natural healing abilities to help restore hair growth. Vitamins A, C, K, and E are in cauliflower and combine to create a natural healing force. The vitamins stimulate the growth of hair and nourish it to create a voluminous head of hair. Thick, shining hair is a result of the vitamins contained in cauliflower.
A zinc deficiency is believed to be a leading cause of deterioration of the protein structure that creates and grows healthy hair follicles. When the hair follicles are weakened, a greater amount of hair shedding and loss occurs. The zinc in cauliflower reestablishes healthy hair growth and strengthens hair follicles. Another benefit of zinc is the removal of dandruff from your scalp.
Iron is another effective mineral in cauliflower that fights excessive hair loss and fall. Adding iron to your diet increases hair growth. As you consume more iron, the texture of your hair improves and dullness is reduced as the iron increases the flow of oxygen and other nutrients to your scalp and roots of your hair.
Cauliflower also contains niacin, known as Vitamin B3 or nicotinic acid, which brings much to the table in growing hair. This water-soluble vitamin helps convert food and carbohydrates into energy. One of the functions of niacin is to preserve the structure of blood cells and improve the circulation of blood. It is through this function that niacin brings more blood flow to the scalp along with oxygen and nutrients to your hair follicles.
Sodium, potassium, calcium, manganese, and copper are other minerals and nutrients in cauliflower that sustain and maintain healthy hair growth.
Benefits of Raw Cashews
Raw cashews have an abundance of copper in them. Copper is an important component of various enzymes one of which is essential to locking in natural hair color. Tyrosinase converts tyrosine into melanin, the pigment that gives hair its natural color. For long-lasting hair color, raw cashews are effective in storing color pigments and helping enzymes do their job.
The fatty acids, linoleic and oleic, in raw cashews enhance the color of your hair and build the foundation for a silky, smooth texture to your hair. Raw cashews also contain niacin which promotes a healthy blood flow to your scalp to increase the growth of your hair follicles.
Benefits of Lemon Juice
Lemon juice greatly benefits hair through various nutrients and minerals such as Vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, and flavonoids. The Vitamin C in lemon juice makes hair stronger, grow longer, and more voluminous.
A deficiency in magnesium is a leading cause of hair loss and decreasing hair growth. Magnesium in lemon juice is needed for the hair follicles to grow strong and keep hair strands intact and durable. A lack of magnesium can cause inflammation in your hair follicles which restricts blood and nutrient flow. Having a healthy dose of calcium slows and prevents hair loss.
Benefits of Garlic
Garlic has been used for centuries to treat hair loss, traced back to the times of the Egyptians when herbs were used to treat hair conditions. A high level of allicin, a compound which is similar to sulfur, is within garlic and effectively treats hair fall. Consuming garlic also reduces the amount of hair shedding which can help regenerate new hair follicles and remove toxins from your scalp.
Other essential nutrients contained in garlic that promote the growth of long, healthy locks of hair are Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and selenium.
Benefits of Turmeric
Adding turmeric to this raw soup and other raw dishes brings curcumin into your diet. Curcumin is an element of turmeric that hinders the growth of agent beta-one. This particular agent, known as TGF beta-one, causes the damage of hair follicles which can cause hair loss. The curcumin in turmeric can also treat scalp conditions. Curcumin is an excellent source to treat scalp ailments because of the antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties it contains.
Benefits of Coconut Oil
Coconut oil consists of a high amount of anti-microbial properties, lauric acids, and medium-chain fatty acids combined to strengthen and regrow hair. The antioxidants in coconut oil possess antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial properties that treat scalp conditions. The low molecular weight of the lauric acid has the ability to penetrate the hair shaft to nourish hair with an abundance of vitamins, minerals, and medium-chain fatty acids in coconut oil. Minerals and nutrients in coconut oil that promote hair growth are Vitamin E, Vitamin K, and iron.
Benefits of Paprika
Paprika is an excellent ingredient of this cauliflower cream soup to treat hair loss. Paprika contains iron which is part of the process for transferring oxygen to the hair follicles, thus stimulating hair growth. The Vitamin B6 in paprika prevents hair loss and is involved in the production of melanin. Melanin is the pigment that gives hair its natural color.
The ingredients in this cauliflower cream soup have a bountifulness of minerals and nutrients that are known to treat and prevent hair loss. The promotion of hair growth can be accomplished through eating raw meals that contain various essential minerals and nutrients. Naturally growing your hair through this recipe will delight your taste buds and keep your hair strong.
