It is also known to improve blood circulation within the scalp, which will result in hair growth and hair loss prevention. Zinc is also found in cashews and prevents hair loss. You will love this rich, creamy and versatile spread for its flavor as well as how it will improve the health of your hair.

To start making this healthy and creamy raw cashew cheese, you will need 1 cup (of 250 ml/8.4oz) of raw cashews. Be sure to soak them for a least 6 hours so they will process into a smooth, creamy consistency. Add the juice from one half of a lemon, 1 to 2 teaspoon of inactive yeast flakes and Himalayan or sea salt to your taste preferences. Also incorporate 1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil that has been melted gently in a bain-marie. Keep a generous amount of freshly chopped dill and green onions ready to be added at the end. You can also use regular onions as well. The green onions will add a mild onion flavor, while other varieties will add more intense onion flavor if you prefer.

Process the cashews in your blender along with the lemon juice, salt and add water if necessary if you need it to be thinner in consistency. Then, add in the yeast flakes and coconut oil and process again. When it is finished and nicely creamed, add the mixture to a bowl. You can now add in the dill and onion and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
