Recently, I ate a raw avocado soup at a restaurant and I really really enjoyed it, therefore I wanted to prepare it myself too. Since I saw the ingredients on the menu, I prepared it the next day at home and it turned out very tasty from the first attempt. I made it lots of times since I discovered it, it’s simply DELICIOUS.
Below is the recipe.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 6-7 peeled cucumbers of medium size
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- fresh mint leaves
- juice from a ½ lime
- 1 pinch sea salt/Hymalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon cold pressed coconut oil (optional).
Simply process all ingredients in a blender and .. the delicious, nourishing, raw avocado soup is ready. You can eat it with croutons too, but I prefer it without.
