The following recipe will have your tresses growing thick and beautiful.
Ingredients and Recipe
- 1 large cabbage
- 1 beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 turnip
- 2 avocados
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan salt
- 1 lemon
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
All vegetables need to be washed and cleaned. Remove a large cabbage leaf to use as the wrap. Grate all of the vegetables, including some of the cabbage, and chop the tomatoes. To prepare a delicious avocado mayonnaise blend the following ingredients: 2 ripe avocados, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, approximately 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, juice from ½ a lemon, and 4 – 5 cloves of garlic. These ingredients need to be blended into a smooth mayonnaise.
Begin to sprinkle the grated vegetables in the cabbage leaf, then pour the mayonnaise, then the vegetables, followed by the mayonnaise once again. This process is repeated to distribute the ingredients as evenly as possible so that the vegetables and mayonnaise combine nicely and taste better. Finally, grind the pepper on top. I kind of exaggerated about how many vegetables I put in the cabbage leaf. I couldn’t wrap the cabbage leaf well and eating the wrap was a bit difficult. I needed to open the cabbage leaf to eat the vegetables with a fork.
